so 2day trng was tired compared to e last. e sun was at full blast till e evening man. phew! and coach say tt ids gonna be tough dese few trngs. can understand la. cus ids really for our own good. so we must JIAYOU!!! put expectations of ourselves higher, when tired must concentrate even more...

so jus got bac home not long ago. jus now went to buy tinks wif dad. hahas. yeah. not supposed to say wad it is. but hahas. ids a serect man. maybe i'll talk bout it sum other days. relax. ids not a shoe or anytink for myself to use..
